It also tracks my steps, heart rate, how far I walk and calories burned during the day.
While sleeping it tracks how long I have slept and collects all the data.
I can use this data to adjust my lifestyle, such as increasing my physical activity or reducing my calorie intake. As a result, this helps me stay motivated and on track with my fitness goals.
